Not only did we start the ice skating trail trend, but we also perfected it. Check out these amazing skating trails, each with its own unique twist on this beloved Canadian pastime. Glide through the 1.3 km Arrowhead Skating Trail, winding through the thick Muskoka forest. Skate the 1.2 km Cranberry Ice Trail over frozen cranberry beds. Enjoy trails at Arrowhead Park, Muskoka Lakes Farm & Winery, Dwight Beach Skating Trail, and Memorial Park. The Memorial Park Winter Village in Bracebridge features an ice skating trail that wraps around the park. There are also many outdoor skating rinks in the area, including one at Blue Water Acres, just a short walk from your cottage, and at the Mew Lake Campground in Algonquin Provincial Park.
